What is the cost of being an unconscious leader? Awaken to cultivating what you most want: radically responsible leadership and teams – one person at a time. Sessions are 2.5-3 hours minimum.



Supporting the leaders of Human Resources, Sunderland Coaching raises up champions of Conscious Leadership. The HR Team is critical to determining culture fit and hiring individuals who align with a growth culture. Human resource leaders are the front line of corporate culture change and leadership development. As they practice conscious leadership they become the foundation of effective and sustainable team building. Coaching is 1:1 and group sessions with HR leaders and their teams.

Each month a conscious leader coach introduces a new commitment and walks your team through its implementation. With ongoing monthly intensive support, leaders practice radical responsibility, shifting and creating sustainable, internal and external change.

The Enneagram helps us discover our ego fixations and our path to wholeness. It is a transformative tool for Leaders and Teams in breaking through to conscious communication. Specifically, Enneagram highlights our blindspots and encourages strengths.
