Kimberly believes work should matter—people and organizations do their best work when they have purpose and the tools to succeed.
She has devoted her career to helping organizations and their people get better at what they do. All successful change—from adopting new habits to organizational transformation—starts by building a solid foundation. Clients work with Kimberly to get to the core of what matters and strike the path to where they want to be.
With over 25 years as a coach, senior human resources leader, and management consultant, Kimberly draws on her business experience and tools from across the fields of appreciative inquiry, positive psychology and human development to help emerging leaders and their teams achieve great results.
