If you are feeling like you’re running and it’s never enough – you are exhausted and wake up to repeat this cycle each day – this work helps you rediscover how to live in the moment with integrity, creating joy and peace.

Interactive and informative – this is an introduction to The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership. Each individual brings a live issue to the table as we explore: What is conscious leadership? What is the cost of gossip and drama? You awaken to cultivating radically responsible leadership and teams – one person at a time. Sessions are 2.5-3 hours minimum

The HR Team is critical to determining culture fit and hiring individuals who align with a growth culture. Human resource leaders are the front line of corporate culture change and development. As they practice conscious leadership they become the foundation of effective and sustainable team building. Coaching is 1:1 and group sessions with HR leaders and their teams.

Each month a conscious leader coach introduces a new commitment and walks your team through its implementation. With ongoing monthly intensive support, leaders practice radical responsibility, shifting and creating sustainable, internal and external change.
The Enneagram is a self-awareness assessment and is one of the most powerful and insightful tools for understanding ourselves and others. At its core, the Enneagram helps us to see/know ourselves at a deeper, more objective level and can be of invaluable assistance on our path to self-knowledge.
