TRANSFORMATION IN YOUR LIFE COULD Look like…
My experience using the Enneagram for dating and couples reveals that you crave deep connection yet find yourself stuck in frustrating cycles. You feel unseen, unheard, or misunderstood—wondering why the same conflicts repeat.
You may think, “If they just understood me better, things would be different,” or “I have to fix this myself.” But love isn’t about fixing—it’s about understanding.
Using the Enneagram, I help couples and individuals see their unconscious patterns, break free from old narratives, and build relationships based on acceptance, trust, and growth. Whether you’re navigating dating, long-term partnership, or marriage, we uncover the hidden dynamics that shaped your lackluster relationship—so you can create the love you truly desire.

thrive in love & partnership BECAUSE IT IMPACTS YOUR WORK.
Build relationships rooted in trust, authenticity, and mutual growth. Your personal relationships reveal your sabotaging patterns that show up no matter where you are.
Learn how to individually and collectively thrive, communicate effectively, purposefully align, lovingly challenge, and get out of blind spots that are highlighted within relationships. Conscious partnership is about taking radical responsibility to learn about yourself first — implementing curiosity, trust, fun, authenticity, vulnerability, and seeking to create a “win-for-all.”
No matter the relationship, there will be conflict, misalignment, frustration, anxiety, etc. This is your time to be authentic about your thoughts, your feelings, and your wants. Practicing holding your wants loosely is your growth edge. This means it is your opportunity to welcome discomfort.
When we are triggered by our partners, it has nothing to do with them. These triggers come up inside of us because there is a control pattern within us that wants to be released. We learn these patterns from a young age… How to be loved and approved of by our parents. How to be chosen for the basketball team. How to get the girl/ guy we want. We unconsciously set up these defensive patterns when we believed we were not enough on our own.
We get most triggered by those who are closest to us. This is because our false identity patterns that we have unintentionally been clinging to want to be broken. Your partner is a growth catalyst by shining light on the patterns that no longer serve you. And you know what it is like to be on the other side shining the light on them. The truth is, we really are each other’s allies, even though it does not feel like it. This is your ego/ false identity that does not want to change. This is why you may find it uncomfortable to look at yourself when your partner shines the light, and why you get defensive. Your ego/ false identity doesn’t want to die! This is true for all of us. Those who find joy and peace are the ones who are willing to stay in their discomfort and face their sabotaging beliefs and behaviors. If you are really willing to do this for yourself, your well-being will no longer be attached to how your partner is or is not.
Learning how to take radical responsibility for how you are showing up, regardless of how the other is, will change not only the relationship you have with yourself, it will also affect your relationship with your partner.
Discover your true identity, how you unintentionally sabotage your relationship, and how to break free of inner blindspots.
The very purpose of being in a relationship is so that we can develop a trusting and safe environment that allows each other to be vulnerable while doing our work to thrive. Learning to love oneself in the midst of seeing our false self is courageous and the only way to step into who we are called to be.
Learn how to hold space for each other’s growth.
I bring this up in the conscious leadership space because what I have noticed when leaders are suffering at home, it impacts their relationships and decision-making at work. It is impossible to separate the two.
Whether in your professional or personal life, the results you gain are full aliveness, understanding, compassion, and purpose. Learning how to love and accept yourself enables acceptance of your partner and the decisions they make whether at home or at work.
Want to thrive in all areas of your relationships? I invite you to book a call with me now to discover if we are a great fit!
Some ways that I love coaching partners… Individual and couples coaching. Couples retreats and workshops. Enneagram for individuals and couples.
If you are a leader struggling with separating your home and work life, I get it! The struggle is because you are not meant to separate yourself depending on where you are. This is actually perfect timing… remember your discomfort is showing that you are ready to learn about yourself. Cheers to you! Looking forward to our call.

Let’s Flourish together!
growth in one area elevates us all.
I have coached thousands of leaders from billionaires to startup founders and they all struggle with the same thoughts and concerns. And they are all seeking the same results.
I have lived a life with $25 in my pocket and I have built myself into a millionaire. I used to be just like the leaders I coach. The way that I have done this goes beyond just a list of tools, and this is what I will teach you. The “HOW”.
✨Learn where you make your decisions from, fear or trust, which determines your results.
✨Learn how to be present to create the most abundant future.
✨Learn how to let go in order to focus on your passion and expertise.
✨Learn how to create abundant revenue by reducing the repetitive meetings that don’t move the needle forward.
✨Learn how to move beyond personal and/or team drama with clear communication that invites everyone to be heard and understood.
✨Learn how to create a curious and creative culture versus a defensive and controlling environment.
OWN your Relationships
& your growth!
Groups meet to practice conscious tools for at least 8 months. Learn to let go of old stories and future fears. The practice is to be present and create from abundance versus scarcity.
Jump in at any time both in-person in Nashville, TN, and virtually on Zoom. We will have a 90-minute group meeting the second Tuesday of each month from 4-5:30p Central Time and have a 30-minute open office hour the third Thursday of each month from 12:30-1p Central Time.
You will learn the tools to create a daily practice that brings you the results you most want. Meditation, breathing skills, journaling, and book study will be a part of our practice as well. We will read “The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership”, by Jim Dethmer and Diana Chapman, “The Big Leap” by Gay Hendricks, and “Nine Types of Leadership” by Beatrice Chestnut.
