The pattern you can’t see (but others do)

I’ve typed hundreds of leaders using the Enneagram over the years. CEOs, founders, executives at companies you’d recognize.

And here’s what I can tell you: every single one of them had a pattern running their life that they couldn’t see.

Not because they weren’t smart. Not because they weren’t self-aware. But because that’s how patterns work… they’re invisible from the inside.

The achiever who can’t stop pushing, even when it’s destroying their health.

The helper who gives everything to everyone else and wonders why they feel empty.

The perfectionist whose standards are so high that their team walks on eggshells.

The leader who controls everything because trusting others feels impossible.

These aren’t flaws. They’re survival strategies that got you here. But they won’t get you where you want to go.

The Enneagram doesn’t put you in a box, it shows you the box you’ve been living in. And once you see it, you can finally step out.
