From Overwhelmed to Overjoyed

What are you holding in your heart that makes you feel overjoyed?

Overjoyed, that’s exactly how I felt holding my son’s son last week.

In that moment, I thought, I want to feel this every day. Not just joy, but overflowing joy.

How many people do you meet who say they feel joy, or even overjoyed?
Would you like to be that person?

Most people are overwhelmed, and that feeling steals their joy.

It often comes from beliefs like:
I don’t have enough time.
I don’t have enough money.
I don’t have enough love.

When these thoughts run the show, overwhelm sets in. The mind spins, and fear and anxiety take over.

Recently, I asked my team a simple question: Where are you settling?

Settling is rooted in lack. And living in lack creates overwhelm.

So, what would it look like, right now, to believe you have the power to choose what you want to believe about yourself and your situation?

If you truly have that power, what needs to be rewired in your thinking so you can feel the flow of joy today?

What will you choose: to feel overwhelmed or overjoyed?

You get to decide, moment by moment.

Imagine the impact your leadership, your business, and your relationships could have when you bring abundant joy into your conversations and decisions.

What belief is holding you back from creating that joy?

Your power lies in noticing your belief, and choosing again.

And please reach out to me if you would like to learn how to make your shift from overwhelmed to overjoyed
